We’re Christina and Anthony Teav. Growing up, we cherished our mother’s passion for cooking and how she brought everyone together at the table. Love for food runs deep in our family. Over the years, we’ve built our careers at highly regarded culinary institutions, including Morimoto Napa, The French Laundry, The Progress, State Bird Provisions, and Nyum Bai. Now, we’re going back to our family’s kitchen and sharing our mother’s specialties with you. Mama Teav’s is a love letter to our mother and a celebration of family, community, and our Cambodian American identity.
